At HBM Stationers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 4 days of receiving it. Please follow the steps below for a smooth return process.

How to Return an Item

  • Email us at hbmstationers.site within 4 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your Order Number and the Product Code of the item you wish to return.

  • Your Order Number can be found in your Order Confirmation or Dispatch Confirmation Email. If you’re a registered user, it may also be in your account inbox.

What Can Be Exchanged?

We only offer exchanges for items damaged during delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos of the damaged product.

  • We will either:

    • Send an exact replacement, or

    • Refund the product value to your original payment method.

  • Note: We do not offer product swaps for different items.

What Can Be Returned?

You may return an unopened and unused product if:

  • The return request is made within 3–4 working days of delivery.

  • A valid reason for return is provided.

  • The customer covers the return postage costs.

Return Charges

  • We do not charge a fee for processing returns.

  • However, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
