How to Return an Item

Include your Order Number and the Product Code of the item you wish to return.

Your Order Number can be found in your Order Confirmation or Dispatch Confirmation Email. If you’re a registered user, it may also be in your account inbox.
What Can Be Exchanged?
We only offer exchanges for items damaged during delivery.

Please provide clear photos of the damaged product.

We will either:

Send an exact replacement, or

Refund the product value to your original payment method.

What Can Be Returned?
You may return an unopened and unused product if:

The return request is made within 3–4 working days of delivery.

A valid reason for return is provided.

The customer covers the return postage costs.

However, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
